Our engineers use state-of-the-art design and analysis tools to deliver the highest quality solutions. We work in programmes Autodesk Inventor Professional and AutoCAD Mechaniczny, which allow precise design of tanks and equipment.

We perform pressure vessel calculations according to the DBF method (Design by Formula), using advanced tools such as VVD i Elita PV. In addition, we carry out detailed FEM/FEM analyses using Autodesk Inventor Nastran, ensuring the reliability and safety of our structures.

We also manufacture pressure equipment in accordance with the PED 2014/68/EU directive (according to AD2000 and EN13445 standards).

After production is complete, we provide our customers with certificates as standard.

Welding

We weld in a protective atmosphere.
Our main welding method is TIG.
Welding methods are approved and certified in accordance with WPQR.
Welding procedures are recorded in the WPS.
We always maintain the quality of welds in accordance with EN ISO 5817:2014, level B.

We only employ qualified inspectors who hold certificates compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9712 standard:

EN1090
The EN 1090 certificate is a European standard that applies to the construction of steel and aluminium structures. It confirms that our company meets the requirements for the design, manufacture and assembly of structures in accordance with the highest quality standards. The EN 1090 certificate is required for construction projects in the European Union, ensuring the safety and reliability of structures. Obtaining this certificate proves our competence and ability to deliver products that comply with international standards.

EN ISO 3834-3
The EN ISO 3834-3 certificate is an international standard for welding quality. It specifies requirements for quality management systems in the welding process, ensuring that our company uses appropriate procedures, technologies and quality control to ensure the safety and reliability of welded structures. EN ISO 3834-3 certification is particularly important in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics industries, as welding plays a key role in the manufacture of equipment.
